Foam stabilizers

Silicone foam stabilizers are products which employ the unique interfacial characteristics of silicones. They are essential ingredients in the production of urethane foams.

Applications	Grade	Features
For flexible urethane foams	F-628	Multipurpose product, primarily for slabs and molds (medium and high density).
	F-607	Multipurpose product, primarily for slabs and molds (low and medium density).
	F-606	Produces foams with high air permeability. Good flame-resistance. Suitable for slabs and molds.
	F-242TL	Good foaming stability and flame-resistance. Wide range of catalyst additives. Suitable for slabs and molds.
For rigid urethane foams	F-502	General purpose. Good compatibility with PPG, and suitable for all applications including slabs, sprays, and froths.
	F-350S	Can be added to isocyanates. Good compatibility with PPG.
	F-506	Can be used in isocyclo urethane. Good compatibility with PPG, and low thermal conductivity.
For cold-cure foams	F-121	Highly active, and cells are fine and uniform. Also suitable for slabs.
For cold-cure foams	F-122	Good cell-opening properties and wet-set properties.
For semi-rigid urethane foams	F-114	Good cell-opening properties. Fine cells.
